Q. Why should I
buy
the Toolkit?
A. If you have the time, skill and energy to write all your
own sales letters and ads, as well as implementing a systemised sales
process
in your salon, by all means do so. But if you don’t have the time, the
skill or
the energy, you will find the Toolkit’s templated sales letters, ads
and
selling systems extremely useful and time-saving. And, because we only
sell one
Toolkit per post code you get the edge on all of your competition with
tried
and tested winning sales ads and direct mail letters.
Q: What if I
find the
Toolkit is not for me?
A: Easy…use it as much as you like for the first 91 days…if
it’s not for you, just let us know within 91 days of purchase, return
it to us
in re-saleable form, and you entire investment will be refunded.
Q. Can I email
you or
ring you if I need extra help?
A. Of course you can. In fact, as a Silver Toolkit owner you
are entitled to 12 monthly one on one coaching sessions with the Team
at Beauty
Salon Marketing. Even as a Bronze Toolkit owner, you get two Critique
Certificates so you can submit any two pieces of written marketing
material,
like an ad or a sales letter you’ve written using the Toolkit’s
templates, for
the BSM team to review and make suggestions.
Q. Is it really one
toolkit per postcode or zipcode?
A. Absolutely – we guarantee it! While you remain a Toolkit
owner, no other salon in your postal area can buy it.
Q. What happens if I
own 2 or 3 salons in different postcodes?
A. You can only purchase one toolkit per postcode. You
cannot use the material for the other salons. That
means that you would have to purchase a toolkit for
each salon in
each postcode.
Q. What if I purchase
the Bronze Toolkit and want to upgrade to the Silver Toolkit? Can I do that?
A. You bet you can, you just pay the difference. You’re then
immediately entitled to the benefits of the Silver Toolkit.
Q. Has anyone else
purchased the toolkit in my post code?
A. You can check that easily by emailing us

or phoning us: If you’re calling within Australia,
it’s 08 9242 7878. If you’re calling from outside Australia,

Q: Do I have to
physically type all the direct response letters and ads in the toolkit?
A. No you don’t. We
have gone that one step further and put all the direct response letters
and ads
on a CD for you. All you have to do is
down load the disc onto your computer, and change your salon details
and the
details of your offers etc, and print it out. You can of course do a
mail merge
with your mailing list of clients.
Q. Will the
Toolkit
be upgraded with new letters each year?
A. Yes, and as a Toolkit owner you get them all for free for
the first 12 months.
Q: Is the
Toolkit
suitable for a Hair Salon?
A: 90% of the material in the Toolkit is already suitable
for use in any salon. We are developing a specialist Hair Salon version
of the
Toolkit. If you purchase the Toolkit now and guarantee nobody else in
your area
gets it, you will be entitled to a free upgrade to the Hair Salon
material when
it becomes available.
Q: Is the
Toolkit
suitable for salons outside Australia?
A: Yes, perfectly suitable. Some of the spellings used in
the sales letters might need to be adjusted for your country, but
otherwise,
it’s suitable for any salon in any country.
Q. How do I
know that
the stuff in Selling with Energy works?
A. You can call any
of our Toolkit owners and ask them. You’ll find their contact details
along
with their testimonials on the Toolkit page.
Q. Once I am a
toolkit owner, will you help me with a letter or ad that is not in the
toolkit?
A. Yes. And we will
share the finished product with all the other Toolkit owners. Same goes
for any
letter or ad we write on behalf of any other Toolkit owner, you get the
benefit
of it.
Q. What are the
teleseminars about that come with the Toolkit?
A. Once a month you will dial into the
online conference,
using your phone card supplied in the toolkit. You
will hear from salon experts from around the world
about how they’ve
become so successful. Silver Toolkit
owners will then receive a copy of the teleseminar on cd for future
reference. These are Gold!
Q. Can I get a
copy of
the teleseminars on CD?
A. Yes you can, they
are free to Silver Toolkit owners and can be purchased by any other
salon. You
do not have to be a Toolkit owner to purchase the CDs of the
Teleseminars,
anybody can buy them, at $US49 per seminar.
Q. Should I
tell my
friends that own salons about the toolkit?
A. Yes, our knowledge is ours to give, not
ours to keep!
Q. The
testimonials I
received in the trial pack – are they real?
A. You bet they are. Please feel free to
call on them.
Q:
Who should not buy
the Toolkit?A: If you own a salon and do not under any
circumstances
want any more business, or any clients spending more money with you,
you
shouldn’t buy the Toolkit.
Neither should you buy it if you
a)
are
completely happy with your current marketing results
b)
are
resistant to any changes in the way you run your business
c)
are
likely to leave it sitting on a shelf, un-touched. |
